SearchMarquette.NET Returns and Refunds Policy
The following criteria must be met to be eligible for an exchange, return, or refund:

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.

Item(s) returned for a refund will incur an 18% restocking fee.

Item(s) must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, along with all accessories.

Item(s) must be accompanied by the packing slip generated from the return process noted above.

Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.

All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise (i.e., the customer).

Returned items eligible for a refund will be refunded for the cost of the item returned only, minus the 18% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please ensure any items are paired with the correct return paperwork and label. Items sent by mistake or that do not meet our return criteria will not be returned or refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: If a return is denied based on the above criteria, we will not notify you, and the item(s) will not be returned.
Restock Fees

Item(s) returned for a refund will incur an 18% restocking fee.
Discontinued Items

Unfortunately, discontinued items cannot be returned. If an item is ineligible for return, this will be clearly stated during checkout.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during checkout, it may be subject to an additional $14 charge if the courier has to correct the address for delivery.

Orders within the U.S. that are deemed undeliverable by the courier may also incur a $14 fee, which is the customer’s responsibility.

International orders that are deemed undeliverable may be subject to return shipping costs determined by the courier based on package location and size. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Undeliverable orders include, but are not limited to:

Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Instances where the customer is unavailable for delivery.

Orders requiring a P.O. Box or full physical address but lacking one.

Orders refused by the customer.

Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order, please contact customer service within 14 days of the original order date.

While we strive to ensure accurate and high-quality shipments, unforeseen issues can arise. We will do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

Replacement items will be shipped using the same method as the original order.

If a replacement is issued, the original merchandise must be returned using a provided free return label. We reserve the right to charge for unreturned products.

Shoe Returns

All shoes must be unmarked, unworn, and in new condition.

We recommend trying shoes on over carpet to prevent scuffs that could make them ineligible for return.
Sizing Issues

If returning an item due to sizing issues, please verify the actual costume size rather than relying on the packaging label.

Manufacturers sometimes use the same labeling or packaging across multiple sizes. In some cases, the costume size may be correct, but the package labeling may be incorrect.
Costume Style Changes

Costume colors, fabrics, and designs may change without notice due to manufacturer updates.

While we strive to update product descriptions and images, we rely on manufacturers to inform us of changes. If you notice discrepancies, please let us know so we can update our website accordingly.

Processing Times

Returns are typically processed within 2 weeks of receiving the item.

During the Halloween season (September - December), processing times may extend up to 4 weeks.
Shipment Issues

If an order is shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer, and it is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for reshipment or refunds.

If a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the courier but is suspected to have been lost or stolen, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
